Oskar Schindler left a mark on the world for generations. In 2009 the Jews that Schindler saved had around 7000 descendants that lived around the world. Oskar did not just save those 1,200 people he saved tens of thousands, he saved generations. Every single 'Schindler Jew' will always remember his kindness and his actions that he took to save their lives. He can be looked up to for being a true symbol of bravery and an example of how doing the right thing pays off in the end.
Today, Oskar's factory still stands and is now a museum open for public viewing. Schindler's actions left the world thankful for all that he's done, no one would ever forget him. In 1993, Steven Spielberg created a movie entitled Schindler's List, which reenacted Oskar's actions during the Holocaust. Now, Oskar is buried in Mount Zion Roman Catholic Franciscan Cemetery.
